HEADLOCKSTUDIO Joins VAG A GO GO With Five Original Characters
HEADLOCKSTUDIO, a Nagoya-based brand that produces original toys and apparel with artists and designers, is entering Medicom Toy's VAG A GO GO closed-box line.

Why it matters
A Nagoya apparel-and-toy label moving into Medicom Toy's blind-box sofubi format puts its artists' characters on the same shelf as the capsule-toy releases the VAG line grew out of, and the three-color run spreads one character design across a full case.

The set has five characters (Myce, Sad Lil' Diablo, Lil' Sad Franky, BONE HEAD, Uluru), each in three colors, at roughly 6 cm tall and 1,000 yen per piece. Medicom Toy ships it to its directly operated stores on Friday, November 13, 2026, and to online stores on Monday, November 16, 2026.
The five characters sit at roughly 6 cm each, and the sculpts are split between two workshops: PERFECT-STUDIO handles Myce and Uluru, while KNUCKLE handles Sad Lil' Diablo, Lil' Sad Franky, and BONE HEAD. Colors are not named in the listing, only counted at three per character.
Sales run through Medicom Toy, with a physical-store date of November 13, 2026 and an online date three days later. Stock is limited, so both channels end when the run sells out. The photographed pieces are development samples and may differ from the finished product.
