Hirosaki Launches Saijaku Mao no Shinimodori Saiseitan Manga

Hirosaki's Villainous Prince adaptation ran from July 2023 to March 2025 under Dengeki Comic Regulus with three volumes and a Yen Press English release, so the new series carries a completed track record into a fresh title on the same web platform's relaunched branding.

Hirosaki Launches Saijaku Mao no Shinimodori Saiseitan Manga

Writer Hare Tori and manga artist Hirosaki launched the manga Saijaku Mao no Shinimodori Saiseitan on Hero's Inc.'s HERO'S Web site on October 7. The story follows Krom, a Demon Lord weaker than his own generals, who kills himself after the Seven Heroes slaughter his forces and awakens one year in the past. Hirosaki previously drew the manga adaptation of Ryu Hidari's The Heroic Tale of the Villainous Prince novels.

The new series puts Hirosaki back on HERO'S Web, the site formerly known as Comiplex, paired this time with writer Hare Tori. The premise builds its loop around Krom's suicide: after the Seven Heroes wipe out the Demon territory and his servant Shia, he wakes one year before the massacre and treats his own death as a weapon. Hero's Inc. runs the site; Hirosaki's earlier credit is the Villainous Prince manga, which ran from July 2023 to March 2025 and closed at three collected volumes.
