Isamu Kamikokuryo to Show About 40 Original Works in Tokushima
Kamikokuryo's Final Fantasy work is usually seen only in finished game form, so a show built from roughly 40 original pieces puts the drawn material behind those worlds in front of the public.

Isamu Kamikokuryo, a concept artist and art director on several Final Fantasy titles, will hold an original art exhibition at Boat Race Naruto UZU HALL in Tokushima Prefecture starting November 3. About 40 original artworks from Final Fantasy X, XII, XIII and XV and other titles are scheduled. The run splits into a first term from November 3 to 11 and a second term from March 5 to 10.
The dates are not one continuous run. The first term closes on November 11, and the hall reopens for a second term from March 5 to 10, 2027, with the same venue named for both. Kamikokuryo's own posts give the same split.
His credits extend past the Final Fantasy series: he was art director on Paper Mario: The Origami King and a concept artist on the film Belle. He now works as a MIXI expert creator.
