Japanese Animation TV Ranking for October 5-11
Both debut episodes, The Vermilion Mask at 3.1% and Dragon Ball Super: Beerus at 2.8%, entered below the 3.6% that The Apothecary Diaries season 3 drew in its Friday 23:00 slot, so the week's new titles sit under an established series rather than near the weekend evening leaders.

Japanese Animation TV Ranking for October 5-11, from Video Research data on Kanto households: Sazae-san led at 7.3%, then Detective Conan at 5.2% and Chibi Maruko-chan at 5.1%. The Apothecary Diaries season 3 drew 3.6%. Debut episodes of The Vermilion Mask and Dragon Ball Super: Beerus scored 3.1% and 2.8%. Doraemon took 2.6%, a Demon Slayer rebroadcast 2.5%, Crayon Shin-chan 2.3%, Bluey 1.9% and Animated O-saru no George 1.8%.
The ranking covers households in Japan's Kanto region and comes from Video Research survey data. Recordings that viewers watch later are not counted, so the numbers measure same-week viewing only.
