Bandai Spirits will open preorders for two Kamen Rider Ryuki figures at Premium Bandai on October 9, 2026 at 15:00. Kamen Rider Scissors, the form of corrupt detective Masashi Sudo, is priced at 11,000 yen and ships in April 2027. A Volcancer and optional parts set releases alongside it.
The Scissors figure carries three left and four right interchangeable hands, a Scissors Visor with an opening and closing mechanism, the Scissors Pinch weapon, Shell Defense, and four PET Advent Cards. Bandai Spirits lists it at 11,000 yen with shipping separate. The Volcancer set adds the contract monster at roughly 155mm, a dedicated stand and support pillar shaped like a cracked mirror, and a broken Card Deck for Kamen Rider Scissors. Combined with the separately sold Scissors figure, the two recreate the lineup from the show and the Final Vent.
