Shueisha's MANGA MILLION platform has added Hiromasa Okujima's manga Together with Serial-san, which the service describes as a comedy about a college student who lets a wanted serial killer move in under his identity. The manga debuted in Shueisha's Grand Jump Mucha magazine on February 25. Okujima also created Baban Baban Ban Vampire, which ran in Akita Shoten's Bessatsu Shonen Champion from October 2021 and inspired a Netflix anime and a live-action film.
The catalog line rests on Okujima's backlog. Grand Jump Mucha carried Together with Serial-san from its February 25 debut, while Okujima's Baban Baban Ban Vampire ran in Akita Shoten's Bessatsu Shonen Champion from October 2021 and reached a 14th compiled volume on August 6. That series also led to an anime that streamed on Netflix in January 2025 and a live-action film that opened in July 2025. Akita Shoten also serialized his Katei Kyoshi no Kishi Knight Desu. in Nicchan Gecchan in 2019, and that manga became a live-action series that premiered on January 5.
