Premium Bandai is taking lottery applications until 23:00 on October 13, 2026 for two Portrait.Of.Pirates One Piece figures. The A×MAXIMUM "Pirate Empress" Boa Hancock, a collaboration with ALTER sculpted by Hiroshi Inagaki, is priced at 29,700 yen. The LIMITED EDITION Carrot re-release, sculpted by Masaki Inada of HEPTA, is priced at 19,800 yen. Both ship in October 2026, with winners announced mid-month.
The Hancock figure is the second project pairing the P.O.P MAXIMUM line with an outside manufacturer, following the ALTER collaboration route. It stands about 270mm tall, with paint by t2y of Pinpoint and Kenji Ando, and depicts her Marineford Summit War battle scene.
Carrot returns to the LIMITED EDITION series after six years, at about 215mm with paint by taumokei. Both are lottery sales under the Mega Hobby EXPO 2026 Commemoration Lottery Festival, with the same October 13 deadline, mid-October winner announcement, and October 2026 shipping window.
