MILGRAM Diner Lottery Opens Nov 2 With 11 Mini Characters
The B prize's 10-minute selection window is the one mechanic here that changes how buyers have to play the draw, since a missed choice hands the stand out at random.

The MILGRAM online lottery goes on sale on Kujitomo at 18:00 on November 2, 2026, and runs until 23:59 on December 7. Each draw costs 770 yen including tax. Guard Es and the ten prisoners appear as mini characters in American diner outfits across five prize ranks: a blanket, selectable acrylic stands, wire acrylic keyholders, can badges, and trading cards. Every rank except the blanket has all 11 types.
Draws run 770 yen including tax, and the sale closes at 23:59 on December 7. The lineup splits into five ranks, and the B prize is the one with a catch: winners pick their acrylic stand within 10 minutes of winning, or the type is decided at random. The other ranks need no decision. C through E prizes each carry all 11 types, so a buyer can chase one character or the full set, and a 10-draw purchase adds one random sticker from the same 11 designs. Sample art for Es, Haruka, and Yuno has been released.
