More Than a Married Couple, But Not Lovers Manga Returns In December
The hiatus was framed as a scheduling decision to finish the series properly, and the return date now puts the manga's last stretch on the calendar with the 14th volume as its starting point.

Yuki Kanamaru said on X on Thursday that the More Than a Married Couple, But Not Lovers manga will resume in the December issue of Kadokawa's Young Ace magazine in November. The series went on hiatus in March 2025 so Kanamaru could prepare and publish the final part at a steady pace. It returns with the 14th compiled volume, which begins that final part.
The announcement came from Kanamaru's own X account, not from a magazine reveal, and it names the December issue of Young Ace in November as the return slot. That issue carries the 14th compiled volume, which opens the final part of the series.
The manga launched in Young Ace in 2018 and shipped its 13th volume in March 2025, the same month it paused. Udon Entertainment publishes it in English. An anime adaptation premiered in October 2022, streamed by Crunchyroll with an English dub.
