RGG Studio posted a memorial statement on its official X account after the death of voice actor and actor Hiroshi Tsuchida, who played Stardust owner Kazuki in the Like a Dragon series. The studio offered condolences and prayers for his soul. Tsuchida's roles also included Igazu in ARMORED CORE VI FIRES OF RUBICON, Grisha Yeager in Attack on Titan, and NinjaBlue in Ninja Sentai Kakuranger. In Like a Dragon 8, Kazuki appeared in the Ending Note content.
Kazuki ran the host club Stardust, a fixture of the Like a Dragon series, and Tsuchida voiced him from Like a Dragon Kiwami onward. The character's last series appearance came in Like a Dragon 8, where he turns up in the Ending Note content that looks back on Kazuma Kiryu's memories and life.
Outside the series, Tsuchida played Igazu in ARMORED CORE VI FIRES OF RUBICON, Lightning McQueen in the Japanese dub of CARS, and Grisha Yeager in Attack on Titan. In tokusatsu he was a regular cast member as NinjaBlue in Ninja Sentai Kakuranger.
