S.H.Figuarts Shinkocchou Seihou Volcancer Set Opens Second Lottery Sale
A second lottery round for a Kamen Rider Ryuki monster-and-option bundle is the clearest signal yet that the Shinkocchou Seihou line's Ryuki releases are drawing more demand than a single lottery run could absorb, so Bandai is reopening the window rather than letting the set disappear.

The Volcancer & Kamen Rider Scissors Option Parts Set from BANDAI SPIRITS' S.H.Figuarts (Shinkocchou Seihou) line is accepting applications for a second lottery sale on Premium Bandai through 23:00 on November 29, 2026. The set pairs Kamen Rider Scissors' Contract Monster with a Cracked Card Deck, a cracked-mirror base and support pillar, and ships in May 2027 at 13,200 yen.
The Volcancer set is built around Kamen Rider Scissors' Contract Monster, with the head shapes and the scissors on both arms modeled from verification of footage and materials from the time, and a body surface texture and gold coloring that differ from Kamen Rider Scissors. Inward articulation at the hip joints and ankles allows attack poses without breaking the silhouette.
The accessories carry the character's exit: a Cracked Card Deck usable with the separately sold Shinkocchou Seihou Kamen Rider Scissors figure, plus a dedicated base and support pillar styled after a cracked mirror. The figure stands about 155mm and is PVC and ABS.
