SUNSOFT Retro Game Selection 2 Rated CERO B Over Sexual Content
The rating lands because of content that keeps getting flagged as sexual, yet the company's own X account is baffled, which suggests it may not have expected the age gate that will now sit on all four titles at launch.

SUNSOFT announced on October 6 that "SUNSOFT is Back! Retro Game Selection 2" received a CERO B rating for ages 12 and up, with the rating citing sexual content. The collection's official X account posted "Whyyyyyy!!??" in response. The package includes Ikki, Atlantis no Nazo, Super Arabian, and Maharaja, and adds save, rewind, and gallery modes. It releases December 17 for PS5, Nintendo Switch, and Windows via Steam.
SUNSOFT is Back! Retro Game Selection 2 was reviewed as CERO B, the rating for ages 12 and up, and the category marked as the reason is sexual content. The company's official X account posted "Whyyyyyy!!??" when it shared the result, attaching an image that stresses the sexual category.
The collection carries four titles: Ikki, Atlantis no Nazo, Super Arabian, and Maharaja, along with extra save, rewind, and gallery features. The first Retro Game Selection was rated CERO A, and CERO's site lists Ikki and Atlantis no Nazo, both previously released as Virtual Console titles, as CERO A. Replies to the post point to the hip-area characters in Ikki and the Super Arabian jacket art.
