The band that fronts the show's promotion is now inside the show itself, a small sign of how the production is tying its marketing and its final first-part episode together.

The Vermilion Mask anime added T.N.T vocalist Yuya Tegoshi to its cast as a guest voice actor in episode 12, which is the final episode of the show's first part. T.N.T is also the anime's PR ambassador and will host a special program on October 7, plus a watch party timed to the second episode's broadcast on October 17. The anime premieres October 10, with two parts, and Crunchyroll streams it as it airs.
T.N.T is not only handling promotion for The Vermilion Mask. The band's vocalist will appear in the anime itself, voicing a character in episode 12, which closes out the first part of the series. The band's own programming follows: a special program on October 7, then a watch party timed to the second episode's October 17 broadcast.
The anime premieres October 10 under director Tetsuaki Watanabe at 100Studio, with Crunchyroll streaming as it airs and two parts planned.
