13AM Games Releases Dungeon Lurker Demo for PC
13AM Games released a demo version of its roguelike action game Dungeon Lurker on Steam on August 4, 2026, alongside a new trailer. The game is set in a cursed dungeon where players control a knight searching for a missing brother, with immortality promised at the deepest level. It features over 30 stages with retro-style visuals reminiscent of 32-bit console graphics, and enemies include ghouls, goblins, and werewolves. Combat uses a modern action feel, allowing players to launch enemies into the air with a sword, use shield guards, dodges, spells, and passive skills. The story frames the game as an item left behind by a deceased friend, with the protagonist checking the friend's belongings after receiving a voicemail from the friend's mother. The demo includes a gimmick where players can step away from the TV screen and read a manual with handwritten notes from the pause menu, a feature that adds to the retro presentation. The game is scheduled for release on PC via Steam.
