Voice-Controlled Duck-Herding Game 'Dotabata! Duck Catcher' Launches on Steam
Publisher 2P Games and developer FuncoreClub released the voice-controlled co-op action game 'Dotabata! Duck Catcher' on Steam on June 24, 2026. The game uses only microphone input: players shout to generate volume that moves ducks toward a goal. It supports up to four players in online co-op, and each player's voice affects the ducks, meaning a poorly timed yell can send the whole flock off a cliff. Stages include a slippery snowy mountain and a scorching desert with giant fans that blow ducks away. Items add chaos: a cigarette lets ducks dash at super speed, medicinal liquor makes them dizzy, a steel whistle calls back strays, and firecrackers scare off wild dogs. Players can unlock badges and costumes for customization. The regular price is 1,050 yen, with a 38% launch discount to 651 yen until July 8. The game supports Japanese, simplified and traditional Chinese, English, Korean, French, and German.
