7-Eleven Sues Nike Over Air Max 95 Colorway Ahead of July 11 Release
7-Eleven has filed a trademark infringement lawsuit against Nike over the upcoming Air Max 95 "Convini Pack" colorway, which the convenience store chain says copies its orange, green, and red stripe. The sneaker is set to release on July 11, which is also 7-Eleven Day. 7-Eleven is seeking an injunction, recall, damages, and profit disgorgement.
