Berserk of Gluttony Season 2 Anime Debuts in 2027
Point Set announced on Sunday that the second season of the Berserk of Gluttony television anime will debut in 2027. The announcement came with a celebratory video message from Ryota Ohsaka, the voice of protagonist Fate Graphite. The first season aired from October to December 2023, spanning 12 episodes with animation by studio ACGT. The main voice cast returns, including Tomokazu Seki as the black sword Greed, Hisako Tojo as Roxy, Misato Matsuoka as Myne, and Hitomi Sekine as Eris. Tetsuya Yanagisawa directed the first season at ACGT, with series composition by Mariko Kunisawa and character designs by Takafumi Furusawa. The season 2 announcement visual, previously shared in April, shows Fate and Roxy holding hands to form the number "2," with Roxy in a new outfit. The original light novel series by Ichika Isshiki began as a web novel on the Shosetsuka ni Naro service before launching in print with illustrations by fame in November 2017. The manga adaptation, drawn by Daisuke Takino, started on Micro Magazine's Comic Ride website in April 2018. Seven Seas Entertainment releases both the novel and manga in English.
