Dwango and Grimes Launch Japan-US Vocaloid Project Beyond Borders
Dwango announced the Japan-US joint Vocaloid music production project Beyond Borders at Anime Expo 2026. The first EP, Emerge Mode Miku, features Hatsune Miku as main vocal with guest artists including Grimes, Odetari, and others. Japanese Vocaloid producers Satapan-P, picco, and jon-YAKITORY collaborate with overseas creators. The full EP is scheduled for distribution this autumn.
