BUDDiiS

BUDDiiS spent the summer and early autumn of 2026 as a reliable supplier of opening themes. The group's first confirmed tie that year was for The Strongest Drained Prince's Covert Imperial Succession Battle, the light novel adaptation announced with a July 6 premiere on TOKYO MX and BS Fuji and a second promotional video. The announcement paired BUDDiiS on the opening theme with Kurawan on the ending theme, giving the series its full music lineup ahead of airing.

The group's next confirmed track was attached to a different format. The BL drama Shimobe no Ouji-sama, airing on TOKYO MX from July 3, released a 60-second preview video, a main visual, and additional cast. The preview opens on a foot-licking scene and establishes the reversed master-servant relationship between Naoya and Takaaki. Satoshi Yamanaka joined the cast as Takeshi Goto, and BUDDiiS performed the opening theme Hen'ai Syndrome, tying the band's music directly to the starring role.

The most recent announcement moved BUDDiiS onto a nationwide network. The TV anime Lent Magic Is Forcibly Collected via [Revolving Payment] airs from October 3, 2026 on TV Asahi's 24-station network and other channels. A second promotional video confirmed Daisuke Namikawa as Roger, leader of the A-rank party Meteor Swarm, and set the music slate: BUDDiiS on the opening theme Risk Rate, Kotani on the ending theme Iremono. Reiji Kawashima voices Rent, with animation by SynergySP under director Takahiro Kyo. Across the three stories BUDDiiS is credited only as a theme performer, and the group's own track listing and release plans are not yet part of the record.
