The BUZZmod. line is producing a 1/12 scale Madoka Kaname figure based on her outfit from Puella Magi Madoka Magica the Movie: Walpurgisnacht Rising. Reservations are open, with release scheduled for March 2027.
Two stories about one figure, published nine days apart. BUZZmod. is adding Madoka Kaname from Puella Magi Madoka Magica the Movie: Walpurgisnacht Rising, reproducing her new magical girl outfit from the film. The line is positioned around articulation: the figure is designed for posing range and stability, and the back ribbon gets a fabric replacement part so it does not block movement. That ribbon detail is the throughline of both stories. It also carries six interchangeable facial expression parts in each account.
The stories diverge on the numbers. The earlier one, from Claynel Online, lists the figure at 12,000 yen with release scheduled for March 2027, at 1/12 scale, with reservations open at Aniplex Online and other shops. The later one, from 2026-09-11, lists it at 11,999 yen including tax at Rakuten Books. The scale and the March 2027 window appear in the earlier story only and are not repeated in the newer one; the price appears in both, at slightly different figures.
What is settled: the figure exists, the outfit comes from the film, and the poseability problem at the back ribbon has a fabric part as its answer. What is not settled in the stories so far is any change to the scale or release window, or which shops carry it. The two stories do not conflict on the figure itself, only on price and on which listings they name.
