Hungry Horrors Leaves Early Access With Full 1.0 Release On October 13
Clumsy Bear Studio announced on October 9, 2026 that Hungry Horrors will leave Steam Early Access and launch its full 1.0 version on October 13, 2026. The deck-building adventure is priced at 1,700 yen, with a one-week launch sale dropping it 20 percent to 1,360 yen. Players control a selfish princess who serves dishes to monsters instead of fighting them, reading each creature's hunger and flavor preferences to fill its belly before it eats her. The full version adds 8 areas across the British Isles, 34 monsters drawn from English and Irish folklore including the Dullahan, Jenny Greenteeth, and Queen Maeve, 62 dish cards based on traditional recipes, and 13 legendary characters. Two modes ship with it: Campaign, with Classic and Spicy difficulty, and Banquet, a shorter high-difficulty run. The game has drawn over 200 Steam reviews since early access began in January 2026, 98 percent of them positive.
