Dave Bautista Replaces Injured Ryan Hurst as Kratos in God of War Series
Dave Bautista will take over the role of Kratos in the live-action God of War series on Amazon Prime Video, replacing Ryan Hurst. Hurst suffered a torn biceps during filming in July and required surgery, with delays possibly extending into 2027. Production continues at Sony Pictures Television and Amazon MGM Studios.
