Friendly Steps Demo Launches on Steam
Publisher Ytopia and developer KORO.GAMES released a free demo of the cooperative action game Friendly Steps on Steam on June 4, 2026. The game is a physics-based title where up to four players control drunk characters tied together with ropes, each leg controlled separately, as they stagger through night streets toward home. The path includes dangerous bridges, construction sites, and hidden shortcuts. If one player falls, the rope drags everyone down. The demo includes a special stage and supports local and online co-op for up to four players. The full version is scheduled for release later in 2026. The game will also appear at Steam Next Fest from June 16 to 23. Friendly Steps supports 14 languages including Japanese, English, Korean, and Chinese. Character customization options include salaryman, firefighter, police officer, and streamer costumes. A time attack mode competes for the fastest return home.
