Happy Volcano and Oro Interactive announced Grave Mistakes on October 1, 2026. The online co-op horror comedy is scheduled for release on Steam in 2026, with a playtest and wishlist sign-ups open on the store page. Two to four players run the Good Mourning Funeral Home, handling grieving families, preparing services, delivering eulogies, playing the organ, and processing bodies. The funeral home has a back-room job: while one player reads a eulogy in front of the bereaved, another cuts and washes bodies in the back yard. Bodies rot over time, so speed matters, and players can replace an arm with a shovel or a leg with a skateboard. A Grandma is locked in the basement and demands a specific body part as food each day. If the part is not ready by day's end, one player may become that night's menu. Proximity voice chat is supported, and the funeral home can be upgraded.
