Takara Tomy announced a first collaboration between the hero anime and toy series 'Tokusou Gattai Robo Jobraver' and Japan Airlines (JAL), producing the 'Tomica Jobraver TJBDX DX Skybraver JAL Jet Airliner.' The transformable robot toy, inspired by JAL's 'Tsuru Maru' logo mark, combines the 'JAL Jet Airliner' armor vehicle with three Jobloids (a pilot and male and female cabin attendants in JAL uniforms) into a robot approximately 40 cm tall, the largest in the series. It includes collaboration-exclusive gimmicks such as the 'Kokuhitto' weapon that transforms from a suitcase and the 'Container Shield Q9-C49' shield, plus a container-launching mechanism. Priced at 9,350 yen including tax, it is scheduled for release in early October 2026, with pre-orders opening August 27 on Takara Tomy Mall and JAL Shopping JAL Mall Store. The toy will also appear in three consecutive episodes of the streaming anime from October to December, and a special collaboration video filmed inside a JAL hangar is set to release on the Takara Tomy Channel from August 26. The collaboration was realized through the shared intent of Takara Tomy, JAL, and JALUX to convey the appeal of passenger planes through Jobraver.
