Cyborg 009: Nemesis Anime Casts Junko Minagawa as Cyborg 001
The staff of Ishimori Production's Cyborg 009: Nemesis anime announced on Thursday that Junko Minagawa will voice Cyborg 001/Ivan Whiskey, the strategist of the 00 Cyborgs despite being an infant. A new visual featuring all nine cyborgs was also revealed. The anime streams this summer.
