Katarina is not named in either Yomimono story about Shangri-La Frontier Season 3. As of the most recent story, dated September 16, 2026, the coverage names Studio C2C, director Hiro Oki, chief director Toshiyuki Kubooka, and the returning main cast, none of which includes Katarina.
Yomimono has published two stories about Shangri-La Frontier Season 3, the first on July 7, 2026, and the second on September 16, 2026. Neither story mentions Katarina. The July story covers the release of a teaser promotional video and sets the season premiere for January 2027 on MBS, TBS and 26 affiliated channels, with Studio C2C returning and Toshiyuki Kubooka as chief director. The September story confirms a January 10, 2027 premiere date, a two-cour run, a new key visual, and the tagline "Konton ga Hazeru" (Chaos erupts). It also names Hiro Oki as director, Kazuyuki Fudeyasu for series composition, Ayumi Kurashima as character designer and chief animation director, and MONACA for music, with the main cast reprising their roles.
Because the only two stories in this set are about the anime's production and broadcast plans and do not name Katarina, there is no material to establish a current standing, a role, or any activity for this entity. The dossier cannot state credits, dates, or formats for Katarina without inventing facts, so it records only that the stories exist and what they establish about the production.
