KDDI to End Food Delivery Service 'menu' and Liquidate Subsidiary
KDDI announced on August 19 that it will terminate the food delivery service 'menu' on September 30 and dissolve its subsidiary menu Inc. The service expanded with Rarezon Holdings, but KDDI decided to redirect management resources after reviewing the competitive environment and future prospects. The termination follows continued expansion, including new Tokyo and Kanagawa coverage in October 2025.
