Nathan Johnson, a composer on the English dub of Dragon Ball Z, won his bid for Texas Attorney General in the 2026 midterms, declaring victory on Tuesday. With an estimated 99% of votes counted, Johnson took 5,133,762 votes (52.4%) to Mayes Middleton's 4,502,859 (45.9%) and Tom Oxford's 165,574 (1.7%). Johnson, a Democrat, has served as a Texas state senator for District 16.
