The New Prince of Tennis has spent the months before its new anime arc on retail and magazine tie-ins rather than broadcast news. The arc, New Prince of Tennis U-17 WORLD CUP Final Member Selection Match, begins September 30, 2026.
The magazine push centers on Keigo Atobe, the Hyotei captain and student council president. He appears on the cover of a New Prince of Tennis special edition of anan issue 2514, set for release on October 7, 2026, in a black suit on a red sofa. The cover also features Echizen Ryoma, Fuji Syusuke, and Oshitari Yuushi, with interviews featuring voice actors Junko Minagawa, Yuki Kaida, Junichi Suwabe, and Hidenobu Kiuchi. Suwabe, Atobe's voice actor, reacted to the news, and social media response drew comments on how mature the middle school third-year looked.
Earlier in the summer, the series ran a set of physical collaborations. A popup store in Loft from August 4 to August 30 at three locations used a camera theme built around Fujifilm's Utsurun Desu film, with newly drawn visuals of Ryoma, Fuji, Atobe, Yukimura, and Zaizen in casual outfits holding cameras. Furyu's SUKELU factory sticker printing machines ran a collaboration from July 31 to September 28, 2026, offering student ID-style clear trading cards and penlight sheets using visuals of 41 characters from five schools. Before that, Shitenhoji Festival in NAMJATOWN ran from June 9 to July 6, 2026, with goods for all nine Shitenhoji characters and a selectable lottery mini-game.
