NOMIAD Open-World Mining Sim Announced for Steam
Developer Daniel Aagentah announced NOMIAD, an open-world sci-fi simulation game for Steam. Players control a droid on off-world mining missions, alone or in online co-op with up to four players. Features include desolate planets, hovercraft design and piloting, tactical contract missions, large-scale faction battles, and hull modules for roles such as stealth, heavy cargo, mining, salvage, reconnaissance, and blockade operations. The game is built with WebGL and TypeScript rather than an existing engine.
