Ibaraki Board of Education Adopts AI Interview Service for Principal Recruitment
The Ibaraki Prefectural Board of Education will use the conversational AI interview service "en PeopleX AI Interview" to recruit principals for integrated junior and senior high schools and high schools. The service launches August 3, 2026. It is provided by en PeopleX Inc. via OEM of PeopleX Inc.'s "PeopleX AI Interview." The AI conducts interviews but does not decide pass or fail; hiring managers make final decisions.
