Pixel Hero Scramble Plus Lands On Switch And Steam December 1
One or Eight announced on September 17 that its tower defense game Pixel Hero Scramble Plus will release for Nintendo Switch and Steam on December 1, 2026. The publisher also released a first trailer and opened wishlist registration on the Steam store page, while the Nintendo Switch store page is already live. The game is a fixed-route tower defense title where players place units at designated spots to stop waves of enemies and reclaim invaded territory. More than 60 units appear, split between melee units that halt the enemy advance and ranged units that support from the rear. Some units stall enemies, some spread status ailments, and others focus on support. Stages move from urban areas to grasslands and deserts, with bosses appearing on certain stages. Players can call on limited-use EX Skills, including meteor attacks, attack and movement speed reduction, reinforcement summons, and barrier defense. Single-use support items are also available. A Steam demo is planned, with timing and content to be announced once decided.
