Cygames' Project Awakening Development Intensifies, Enters Rapid Acceleration Phase
Cygames has revealed the latest development status of its long-awaited console title Project Awakening in an interview with CGWORLD. The game, first announced in 2016 as the studio's first high-end console project, has seen little public progress since. The interview with managers Tomihiro Tomino, Yuichi Itoyama, and Toshihiko Nakano states that development is now entering a phase of rapid acceleration. The company is also recruiting for the project. No release date or price has been announced.
