Rina Honnizumi is cast as Hildetora Altoir in the Nia Liston: The Merciless Maiden anime, which premieres October 6, and as part of the in-story unit Magic Vision Girls Party, which performs the ending theme. She is also cast as Philly in I Became a Legend After My 10 Year-Long Last Stand and as Imoko in Chainsmoker Cat.
Rina Honnizumi's recent credits sit in four different anime announced across four months. Her most recent role is Hildetora Altoir in the television anime of Umikaze Minamino's Nia Liston: The Merciless Maiden light novels. The production confirmed the role on August 4 alongside the October 6 premiere date and the first promotional video, then in October named the ending theme: "Tokimeki Un・Deux・Trois♪" by Magic Vision Girls Party, the in-story unit of Nia Liston (Honoka Inoue), Hildetora Altoir (Honnizumi) and Reliared Silver (Rina Hidaka). A new visual of the unit was released. The anime premieres October 6 on Tokyo MX, BS NTV and MBS, runs two consecutive cours, and streams on HIDIVE, ABEMA, d Anime Store and U-NEXT.
Before Nia Liston, Honnizumi was cast as Imoko, the little sister of protagonist Yani Neko, in the Chainsmoker Cat anime. The comedy is set in a world of humans and catgirls and premieres July 2 on Tokyo MX and BS11. A week earlier, Mebius Dust announced six cast members, but the stories do not list Honnizumi among them. In August she was cast as Philly, the fifth daughter of the Mastafon noble family, in I Became a Legend After My 10 Year-Long Last Stand. The character debuted in the anime's seventh episode. The series premiered in July after a delay from an initially announced April date.
