EVERSPACE 2: Galactic Edition Launches on Switch 2
ROCKFISH Games released EVERSPACE 2: Galactic Edition for Nintendo Switch 2 on August 12, 2026, as a download-only title priced at 6,980 yen including tax. The package bundles the main game with the downloadable content EVERSPACE 2: Titans, EVERSPACE 2: Wrath of the Ancients, and the EVERSPACE 2 Supporter Pack. The Switch 2 version supports all 13 languages including Japanese and runs at up to 45 fps. Players explore over 120 handcrafted locations across 10 star systems, with a story exceeding 50 hours plus side content. The game is an open-world space shooting action RPG where players control clone pilot Adam Roslin, collecting loot, customizing ships, and engaging in dogfights. Engine Software handled the Switch 2 port, applying technical optimization to run the Unreal Engine 5-based systems on the new hardware. The game is also available on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S. A final optimization and bug fix update for other platforms is scheduled for autumn 2026.
