Shogakukan's Weekly Shonen Sunday announced the Rumiko Takahashi Fantasy Manga Awards in its combined 42nd and 43rd issue, with entries open to professional and amateur creators until January 11, 2027. Works must run 42 pages or fewer and include at least one fantasy element. Takahashi heads the judging panel alongside editor-in-chief Kazunori Oshima and other Shonen Sunday editors.
