Season 2 is airing in Japan with episodes on nine streaming services and an Amazon Prime Video early window, and Crunchyroll has begun an English dub that returns Tyson Rinehart as Sasaki and Erin Nicole Lundquist as Peeps.
Sasaki and Peeps season 2 was announced for October 2026 with Yushi Ibe replacing Mirai Minato as director at SILVER LINK. The rest of the core staff carried over: Deko Akao on series composition, Saori Nakashiki on character design, and Nobuyuki Abe on sound direction, with Yamato Ouchi moving from episode director to assistant director. Kadokawa later set the premiere for October 7 and named MADKID's "Unbroken" as the opening theme, with Tasuku Hatanaka joining as Himegami-kun and Yu Sasahara as Eriel. The season airs on Tokyo MX, BS NTV, and AT-X.
Before the broadcast, the premiere screened at Anime Expo 2026, where the episode picked up with Sasaki and Peeps helping Count Müller with a kidnapping and Sasaki learning he will be granted land and a title. Coverage of that screening read the season as leaning further into the series' mix of fantasy politics, corporate espionage, and supernatural elements rather than pulling back from it.
Distribution is wide in Japan and not held by one platform. Nine services carry unlimited streaming: DMM TV, U-NEXT, Amazon Prime Video, Lemino, d Anime Store, Hulu, FOD, ABEMA, and TELASA. Amazon Prime Video began on October 7 at 22:30 ahead of terrestrial broadcast, and the other eight followed from October 12 at 22:30. TVer and Netflix do not carry the season. Crunchyroll streams the season and, on Wednesday of the week after the October 7 premiere, began an English dub with the returning principal pair.

A review of the Sasaki and Peeps Season 2 premiere at Anime Expo 2026 finds the series leaning harder into its improbable mashup of fantasy kingdom politics, corporate espionage, and supernatural elements. The episode wastes no time diving back into factional intrigue, with Peeps calmly strategizing alongside Sasaki. The show's strength remains its unfazed acceptance of the absurd.
The season two premiere of Sasaki and Peeps, shown at Anime Expo 2026, picks up immediately with deepening political plots, as Sasaki and Peeps help Count Müller with a kidnapping and learn Sasaki will be granted land and a title. The episode signals the show is doubling down on its unique blend of fantasy politics and absurdity.
