Satoshi Hino is attached to two announced television anime: Nia Liston: The Merciless Maiden, which premieres October 6 on Tokyo MX, BS NTV, and MBS with HIDIVE streaming, and SSS-Class Hunter Who Dies to Live, which arrives January 2027.
Satoshi Hino's current television work is split between a finished production waiting on its premiere and one still in the announcement stage. In Nia Liston: The Merciless Maiden, he voices Gandolf Rogen, joining Taku Yashiro as Anzel and Yoko Hikasa as Fressa in a supporting cast round announced on a Wednesday in August 2026. That anime debuts October 6 on Tokyo MX, BS NTV, and MBS, with HIDIVE streaming it as it airs.
Nia Liston is the closer of the two projects. The cast announcement filled out the supporting roster ahead of the October 6 premiere, and the streaming arrangement was already confirmed at that point.
The second role sits further out. In SSS-Class Hunter Who Dies to Live, Hino voices the Sword Emperor, opposite Takeo Otsuka as Kim Kongja. The anime adapts a Korean novel and SMARTOON serialized on Piccoma since 2022 and is set for January 2027. Hiroaki Sakurai directs, Sayuri Oba writes the script, Takahiro Yoshimatsu designs characters, and the studio fu handles animation. A teaser visual and teaser PV are out.
Both roles are supporting parts in fantasy adaptations. One is days from airing, the other more than a year out, which leaves Hino with a confirmed broadcast credit this fall and a second booked role on the 2027 calendar.
