The Sazabi's current release activity is a METAL ROBOT Spirits collaboration figure in Hoshimachi Suisei colors, priced at 28,600 yen with January 2027 shipment. A separate Premium Bandai reprint of the MG Sazabi Ver.Ka is also open.
The Sazabi's recent coverage is about merchandising rather than a new animation or game. The most recent story, from October 2026, lists a METAL ROBOT Spirits Sazabi in Hoshimachi Suisei colors at 28,600 yen as part of a payday roundup of Gunpla and robot figures. That same figure was first offered for reservation on August 27, 2026, alongside a Nu Gundam in Sakura Miko colors at 24,200 yen, both part of a Gundam and Hololive Production collaboration.
The collaboration figures use the VTubers' image colors, dedicated bases, and collaboration markings. The Sazabi reservation opened at 17:00 on August 27, 2026, with shipment set for January 2027. Both the Sazabi and Nu Gundam figures were displayed at the Bandai Spirits booth at TOKYO TOY SHOW 2026.
Separately, Premium Bandai reopened pre-orders for the MG Sazabi Ver.Ka in late August 2026, one of several reprints that also included the RE/100 Nightingale Funnel Effect Set and the RE/100 Jagd Doga (Quess Air Unit). That batch of reprints ran alongside a PG UNLEASHED 1/60 Nu Gundam clear expansion set priced at 16,500 yen with December 2026 shipment. The Sazabi's coverage to date centers on these figure and model kit releases rather than any new narrative work.
