The English YouTube channel for Suikoden: The Anime says the adaptation of Suikoden II will stream free with English subtitles starting October 6, with new episodes on Tuesdays. The stream covers North America, Latin America, the Caribbean, Ireland, parts of Africa and the Middle East, Australia and New Zealand, and Ani-One Asia has also licensed the anime.
