Takeshobo is releasing BL manga in English digitally through a group of established storefronts, and its BL label Qpa ran a merchandise collaboration with ZOZOTOWN in August 2026. No print releases or other business lines appear in the current coverage.
Takeshobo's English-language manga business as described in these stories runs through digital storefronts. In May 2026 the publisher named three titles for digital English release: Melt in Your Color by hitomi, My Father's Lover by Chil Shiomi, and Don't Stop Even If I Say So by Tamaji Ura. The same set of platforms appears again in September: Renta!, MangaPlaza, Coolmic, BookWalker, and Rakuten Kobo. Takeshobo has not announced print editions for any of them.
In September the publisher added three more BL titles, also digital. Emi Mitsuki's A Man Who Never Says No arrives September 18, with its spinoff A Golden Someday on September 25. Unohana's Enveloped by the Fever of Guilt, a complete two-volume series, is set for October 2026. Two of the three are linked: a title and its spinoff, released a week apart on a staggered schedule. The publisher's English catalog growth, as these stories present it, depends on the same retail partners each time rather than a direct platform or a print program.
Separately, Takeshobo's BL label Qpa worked with the fashion retailer ZOZOTOWN on a merchandise collection. Six authors serializing in Qpa drew illustrations on a Black x Ribbon theme, used across 18 product types including long-sleeve T-shirts, pouches with acrylic charms, and goods sets. Orders opened August 14, 2026. Select items carry original one-page manga scenarios, which puts Qpa authors into a retail context rather than a book one.
