Annapurna Interactive and developer Great Ape Games announced during Sony's State of Play broadcast on June 3, 2026, that the first-person survival horror adventure The Lost Wild will launch in 2027. The game is set in a ruined research facility overgrown with vegetation, where players explore a wilderness inhabited by dinosaurs. The new trailer showed a girl sneaking past dinosaurs and throwing a bottle to deter one. The Steam store page is now live, and wishlist registration is open. The game is scheduled for release on PlayStation 5 in 2027. As of the announcement, no official word has been given on the timing of the previously announced PC version.
