Wuthering Waves Concert Tour To the New World Opens Tokyo Run
KURO GAMES held the Tokyo performance of its Wuthering Waves concert tour "To the New World" on August 22, 2026, at Tokyo Garden Theater in Ariake. The tour, which began with a Shanghai show in July, will visit Taipei in September and continue to Los Angeles, Seoul, and Singapore. Despite heavy rain that brought over 100 millimeters per hour in parts of the Kanto region, attendees lined up for merchandise and entry. The concert opened with "Saving Light," the version 1.0 login screen theme, and progressed through songs tied to story moments, including "Daydream Grand Feast," "Against the Tide," and "Chasing Daylight." Performers included Amanda Achen, Casey Lee Williams, Crywolf, NANO, and Will Stetson. The encore featured "RUNNING FOR YOUR LIFE" and "Turning Around," the latter commemorating the game's second anniversary. The final piece was "Unwavering Startorch," during which the audience sang along. The venue's penlights, provided as an entrance gift, changed color wirelessly in sync with the performance.
