Publisher Kwalee and developer Galaxy Grove released the voxel-style city-building game 'Town to City' out of early access on Steam on May 26, 2026. The game is set in a 19th-century Mediterranean town and allows players to build freely without a grid system. As of May 27, it holds an 'Overwhelmingly Positive' rating on Steam, with 97% of over 5,300 reviews recommending it. The full release adds tourism mechanics, new quests and jobs, improved animations, and quality-of-life fixes. The base price is 3,250 yen, with a 10% launch discount running until June 8 that brings it to 2,925 yen. Several discounted bundles with other games are also available. The developers have published a roadmap for future updates, with controller support expected in fall 2026. The soundtrack is composed by Paul Aubry.
