Universe Production is a VTuber studio whose two publicly profiled members work as broadcaster-certified regional talents, one tied to Fukui Broadcasting and one to OHK in Okayama. Both combine streaming with local promotional and education work rather than relying on streaming scale alone.
Universe Production's model, as documented in the two most recent profiles, puts regional broadcasters at the center of a talent's work. Arune Tina, an FBC Fukui Broadcasting certified VTuber, debuted on December 15, 2023, streams on YouTube and TikTok, and appears regularly on FBC TV's "Ojamatte" and FBC Radio's "Houkago LIVE CROSS." Her commercial, tourism promotion, school education, and merchandise collaborations all center on Fukui Prefecture. The profile of her work describes income and visibility leaning on the broadcaster certification and regional promotional work rather than on streaming scale alone.
Amanohare Hokaru, profiled earlier, holds the same kind of broadcaster backing in Okayama: she is the official VTuber of OHK. She debuted in February 2024, streams VALORANT, fighting games, and FromSoftware titles, and presents a monthly Okayama news segment. She also gave a guest lecture at Fukuyama University. Her stated goals are 3D performances, original songs, and voice acting, and she names Made in Abyss and untaneko among her favorites.
Both members debuted in the span of about two months, December 2023 and February 2024, and both work with a prefectural broadcaster. The throughline in the coverage is that Universe Production talents are presented through their regional ties and their non-streaming duties, not through audience numbers or chart positions, which neither profile provides.
