Bandai Spirits has revealed the full lineup for Ichiban Kuji Vincent van Gogh, a no-loser lottery based on the Dutch painter. The A prize is a diorama figure of The Starry Night that also functions as a pen holder. The last one prize is a phosphorescent version that glows in the dark. The lottery launches July 25 at convenience stores and other outlets, with online sales starting July 28. Each draw costs 800 yen.
