Talk Survivor! Returns With New Season on Netflix November 10
A series that closed itself off with a billed final chapter is coming back because the audience asked, and Sakuma is treating it as a new show built from zero rather than a continuation.

Netflix confirmed that Talk Survivor! DEAD or LAUGH, the comedy survival series planned, directed, and produced by Nobuyuki Sakuma and featuring the comedy duo Chidori, will stream all 8 episodes worldwide on November 10. Season 3 was billed as the final chapter, but producer Sakuma said the volume of viewer messages asking for more, and a desire to introduce young comedians, led to the restart.
The show's rule has not changed: comedians compete in serious talk, and anyone not funny is eliminated on the spot, using their own episodes as weapons. What changes is the framing. Sakuma said he and Chidori felt they could still do something new, and he pointed to the number of young comedians he wants more people to see as a reason to return. The teaser visual puts Chidori against black and red with flying glass shards, Daigo in a hat and Nobu with a wilder expression.
