Kien Aien's series runs on a premise of apocalypse hiding in plain sight: weird creatures beneath Tokyo's Shinobazu Pond, a giant snail on the Eiffel Tower, a demon lord who looks like a beautiful girl. Boys and girls fight the coming end anyway, knowing they can only delay it.
Kadokawa published the first light novel volume, illustrated by Ogipote, on July 10, 2025, and the sixth on July 10, 2026. Hiroshi Sakurai's manga adaptation began on Shonen Ace Plus in April 2024, with a second collected volume out July 10.
