USJ Adds Fullmetal Alchemist and Daemons of the Shadow Realm to Universal Cool Japan 2027

Universal Studios Japan announced on October 28 that Fullmetal Alchemist and Daemons of the Shadow Realm, both based on manga by Hiromu Arakawa, will join Universal Cool Japan 2027 as simultaneous collaborations.

Reporting from 4 sources: GAME Watch (Impress), Denfaminicogamer, Anime Anime, Otakuma Economic News (Anime/Manga).

Why it matters

USJ is pairing a 2005 nostalgia slot with the newer Arakawa title in the same window, so the park is using one author's catalog to carry two different audience generations in a single event.
